Not only does Ralph shoot the dance recital, he also incorporates his talent with the children prior to the event. Precious moments are captured backstage as moms prepare their children for the big show.

Ralph says every year the kids are waiting for him so they can "ham it up" for the camera. They love the "behind the scenes" footage. One year a little girl gave him a drawing of a stick figure with a camera as he was shooting the kids, which meant so much to him.

Ralph uses the "behind the scenes" footage in a 3 to 5 minute opener in the finished product. It's the parents and kids favorite part of the video.
